Our Services are meant to facilitate communication and engagement between Attorneys and Firms who provide legal services and other Attorneys and/or law firms seeking to engage those Attorney service providers.

This may include Your name, email address, phone number, job title, photo if you provide one, bio if you provide one, attorney licensing information, geographic location, legal jurisdictions, legal proficiency and other professional information shared for the purposes or providing services, disciplinary and grievance information, insurance information, and other information you may wish to provide.


1.2 We also collect information automatically when You use our app, including Your IP address, device information, usage data, and location information, which is for protection, verification, threat detection, and other uses.
 

1.3 We may collect information from third-party sources, such as social media platforms, if You use these services to connect with our Services in some way.

 

1.4 We may collect other demographic information if you provide it to us voluntarily.

 

1.5 We may also collect information you post in common or public areas; this will be considered public and not confidential/non-personal data. 

 

1.6 We May also collect information about the request and performance of engagements, such as failure to appear for scheduled events or follow through with engagements.

3.4 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to provide that security and prevent any unauthorized access or disclosures, we have instituted numerous protection measures, including physical security, technological security, and administrative security, for all users and systems who have access.

This is a tiny file placed on your computer’s drive, if you allow it, so that we know who you are and can help make sure you are you when it comes time to log in.  Cookie usage is not mandatory for the use of the site, but it does help with security.  We also use cookies to analyze traffic data for our site’s performance.  We only use this internally, and once used, we remove it.

8.2 How we may contact You.  We may contact You through any means You’ve granted us permission, including email, text message, in-app mail, push notification, phone, snail mail (USPS letters), or any other method as agreed. You may opt out of these by removing contact information which is superfluous or letting us know your preferred method.

 

8.3 Text Opt-In / Opt-Out. You may opt out of text messaging by any normal means if You would like text messaging to desist. Text messages must be opted in by You in response to your initial request, and all text messages will have an opportunity to opt out at any time. Opting out does not remove Your account or otherwise impact Your data with Us. Opting out of text messaging only stops the transmission of text messages.  For updates to Your profile or settings, You must log in and make those updates.
